1. Services
Ramuse Systems Ltd provides managed private AI infrastructure services under a written agreement with each client. Access to the Ramuse platform and software is governed by the client agreement, not solely this page.
2. Use of the website
This website is for informational purposes. You may not use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm Ramuse or its clients.
3. Reservations and deposits
EdgeFrame units are offered during a presale with limited supply. Placing a reservation requires a deposit equal to 5% of the configured order total, charged immediately to secure your unit. The deposit is a reservation fee, not full payment. Units are expected to ship after August 2026; estimated dates are not guaranteed. The remaining balance is invoiced before shipping, and a reservation may be cancelled if the balance is not paid when invoiced. All amounts are in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping, which are quoted before shipment. If Ramuse is unable to fulfil your reservation, your deposit is refunded in full. Deposits are otherwise refundable in line with the cancellation terms shown at checkout; once a unit has entered production or shipped, deposits may be non-refundable.
4. Software and open-source components
EdgeFrame ships preloaded and preconfigured with third-party open-source software, which remains the property of its respective authors and is provided under its own open-source licences. Ramuse does not claim ownership of that software and does not sell software licences for it. The EdgeFrame hardware, configurations, documentation, website content, and design are the property of Ramuse Systems Ltd.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the services described on it.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
