Ramuse Systems Ltd operates the Ramuse platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with our website and services.

2. Data we collect

We collect contact information you provide via our discovery call form (name, email, company, role, business details). We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referrers) through privacy-respecting tools that do not track individuals.

3. How we use your data

We use contact form submissions to follow up on discovery call requests and provide service recommendations. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing beyond the context you have initiated.

4. Payments and reservations

When you reserve an EdgeFrame, payment is processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Ramuse never receives or stores your full card number — card details are handled directly by Stripe under its own security and privacy terms. We retain reservation records (order number, amounts, items, and contact details) to fulfil your order and meet legal and accounting obligations.

5. Client data

Data processed through Ramuse-managed AI systems on behalf of clients is governed by the data processing agreement in the client contract, not this policy. Client data is never used to train AI models without explicit written consent.

6. Your rights
